Im not upto speed wit the whole saga. was may v mosley an 18 day cut off? and has pac actually agreed to 14 days?
For the mayweather mosley, i saw an article on the scene of boxing that says it was an 18 day cutoff for the May-Mosley... The scene of boxing also has an article which says manny agrees to the tests up to 14 days... if both of these items are true than I see no reason why the fight cant get made
:-( You're in the minority on this one! Its quite simple, dont watch it...Nobody is forcing you!atsch
To my knowledge, it wasn't an "eighteen day cut-off", but rather they simply may not have tested from eighteen days on. So, they still could have. That said, fourteen days was the period they wanted before, so lets get it on.
WTF is this garbage. pac doesnt want it to happen. who has wayy more to lose? it's floyd who's running bro.
I hope it does happen, but looking at a recent video that was posted on here, with roach revealing how Pacs opponents are picked. There's a good chance this fight may never happen. Floyd is not damaged, drained, or a shot fighter, which was one of the above for Pac last couple opponents, (with the exception of Clottey). He's getting in the ring with the best in the division. A guy with a stlye that don't come close to anyone he's face so far. Roach didn't want Pac in the ring with Shane after seeing what Floyd did to him, i'm sure there hesitant even more so now with him facing Floyd then they were before.
Nope it was USADA rules all the way. The last test was on 24/7 when Mosley was driving out to Vegas. I am not exactly sure how many days out that was. Pac needs to agree to USADA testing. They tried 14 and he bailed. Why trust him now?
it's hard to imagine either guy turning down $35-45 million and a chance a true boxing "immortality"....
This is crazy how people are portraying Pac as some "honorable" guy for this 14 day nonsense. He didn't step up to the plate. The problem is this. The USADA doesn't agree to a boxer's whim. They do what they do. 18 days was not because the boxer said so. It was because that is just how it happened. They reserve the right to test right up until the event. So Pac requesting a cut off after FMJ said USADA testing is illogical.
