Pacquaio agreed to less then 50/50, just not the flat fee Mayweather offered. It's amusing how *****s spin everything. When Floyd and Pac had agreed to 50/50, 2 years later Floyd has a right not to except that. 2 years ago when Canelo said he would drop down to face Mayweather and now *****s think he should stick by that even though....gasp....154lb titles are on the line. ***** logic going on.

Show me one article Pac said he'd take a lesser share, and offered ANYTHING. He said he'll take less than 50/50, Floyd offered a flat fee, Pac then said 50/50 or no fight. Arum said something about 45/55 to the winner or something stupid along those lines, but no actual offer with Pac taking a lesser share. :yep

Floyd has made more than Pac in those two years, proving he deserves more... And if you actually read my post I said the situation is different BECAUSE Canelo had time in between to grow and not be able to make 150 comfortably. :patsch

    Can you read? :huh

Floyd said let's meet in the middle (150) like you offered after the Cintron fight (Canelo said he'd meet Mayweather at 150 in the Cintron post fight), then Canelo's team counteroffered with 152 and Floyd said okay. This is what I understood from Floyd's interview, am I mistaken?

It's exactly what happened according to the article, you're not reading incorrectly. The article has a link to where Canelo said it.

Floyd-Canelo is a much bigger fight than Pac-Cotto. Canelo at 152 is still more dangerous than Cotto at 145. That said, Floyd wins despite being a hypocrite. The name of the game is to take the bigger risk. Both are great fights so why are we complaining again? :huh

so why did manny say 50/50 or no fight, then his cut was too bad, then a stadium had to be built? etc. etc. etc.

I though this was the case. Canelo wanted the catchweight! *******s will find it hard to sleep tonight - just think about Rios and how it'll be a "great fight," guys.

Yup, Floyd asked for a fight and Alvarez said only if it's at 152 . I don't give a **** about a catchweight, if Alvarez wants to get in the ring with Floyd then he's gotta do what he's gotta do but this thread makes it sound like it was a request.
