I just dont see may winning anything if you walk in the ring weighing 175 and the other is 168 and 20 pounds over his best are you going to respect his power even if his power is left behind at 135?

Ward walks through every thing and finishes him in round 1

ward is good at pulling people into an inside fight
floyd dosent get up from a body punch before the bell rings to end the round

Is the fight held in Oakland or Las Vegas?

Doesn't matter anyway... Ward by unanimous submission!

None of the above. Floyd won't even fight Paq, or anyone else that may be mildly competitive, you expect him to take on an unbeaten 168 pounder?

Andre Ward win by KO. Ward would just toy Floyd to entertain the fans and kindly ends the embarrassment before mid-rounds by KO.
Floyd wouldn't even bother to think this kind of match up, we knew all along he couldn't afford to cross the likes of Margarito, Clottey, Cotto, Berto and even the midget Pacquiao. I don't think size and height difference matter to Mayweather this time in his career, what really concerns him is the punching power he could take and he would give to his opponents.

No. And substitute Mayweather with the name of anybody else under 160 and you get the same answer.

I think Floyd can get 2 rounds fighting him like Oscar. I think Floyd's speed will trouble Andre at first, but Andre is going to take it to the inside and Floyd is good inside, but damnit what do you expect

Way to much weight. One or two rounds I guess. In the end he would get his ass kicked.

Floyd doesn't even walk around anywhere near 168.

Ward by early domination obviously. His head, elbows and forearms would be too much for Mayweather to handle.
