    What do you guys think?

I think Mayweather would beat him, like Calzaghe beat Lacy.

I think Berto and Lacy are the same type fighter: a lot of power with almost no movability.

Maybe I am to harsh on Berto (and Lacy), but Mayweather would just be to much for Berto.

And a fight with Berto would give Mayweather a lot of cred. He would be beating a true welterweight, a young undefeated welterweight on his way up through the ranks.

    Thougths?

If you thought Mayweather beats him then why even bring up the though?

Mayweather outclasses him in every part, but he's still a ****.

    Fight not worth seeing.
    Non-competitive.
Only the British (specifically, the welsh) would enjoy seeing this sort of loop-sided fight.

I do rate Berto but his chin and defence wouldn't hold up at this stage in his career, his time will come after Mayweather and Pac retire.

Not really a fight worth talking about to be honest, first of all because Berto hasn't done anything to prove he belongs anywhere near that class, and second because it's not going to happen.
Also Berto is a totally different fighter than Lacy, different style and a lot more speed.
    Sorry but pretty weak thread.

Mayweather will actually have a great chance at stopping Berto. That guy has one of the worst chins at 147lbs so I doubt he could take the shots that Mosley was shrugging off from PBF. I wouldn't mind this fight since it's still far better than remaining inactive and going on vacation.

Floyd would not fight a young boxer in his peak. He only fights old boxers in decline or smaller boxers going up in levels.

Berto is a watered down Mosley. Mayweather beats him by super wide UD  I think this fight will happen since Pac fight didn't.

Bleh. I'd watch it, but Floyd boxes Berto to pieces. Berto is outclassed in this one.

Who the hell cares who would win. Anyone that buys any farce featuring Daisy Duck Mayfeather after the way the spineless punk has acted deserves all they get. Best part is he will end up like that other waste of talent Jones jr begging FNF fights for a spot but getting rejected lol:thumbsup:happy

I refuse to attend a fight or buy a ppv broadcast of a fight that has mayweather in it against anyone not named Pacquiao.
