He would probably beat Canelo if they fought this year. If they fight, say, September 2013, I'd favor Canelo. Floyd isn't getting any younger and Canelo looks to have improved greatly each time he goes out there.

He'd never fight Martinez or Chavez Jr. though. Martinez is a terrible style matchup for him, and Chavez Jr is simply too big for him. Both would beat him.

Chavez isn't the most skilled guy out there, but the bottom line is he'd weigh 180 against Mayweather. Mayweather would be like 155 or 156 if he fought at Middleweight. Chavez has a strong chin, and can cut the ring off well, and his size would really come into play on Mayweather in close. He's too big and strong for Mayweather, and while what he does isn't pretty or flashy, it's very effective. Mayweather might be much more skilled than Chavez, but the size differential between the two men is too much to overcome. Mayweather at the higher weights at this age doesn't have the legs to box and keep away and potshot opponents for 12 rounds. This stationary Mayweather that likes to hang out on the ropes and counter would get mauled.

Mayweather makes easy work of Canelo...Chavez if he could even make 154 would be absolutely enormous against him. 5 inch height advantage and at least 25 lbs come fight night. Floyd gets stopped and gets stopped early.

I give mayweather a chance vs any of them. Just the skill alone gives him the edge.

Chavez Jr. looks stoned or asleep in that picture. Probably both

Floyd looks really happy to be there too for some reason. From the look of that picture, you'd think he was just a really excited fan, and not the highest-paid athlete in the world.

Pacquiao is still the bigger fight though.
