Based on the 30 day weigh in, Canelo is heavier than he was preparing for the Trout fight. I've heard many detractors say Canelo should blow off the 2 lbs and come in at 154 ala Mayweather vs. Marquez. Mayweather only paid like $250K.

Anybody know the penalty for Canelo ignoring the weight?

So what? Every new contract is negotiated differently and Floyd is always in the driver's seat for negotiating his fights. Knowing that the 2lbs makes a big difference (else he wouldnt have negotiated for it), he would have made the penalty a huge one. I'd like to know what it is myself, but I'd expect it to be several million $ per lb, and one that Canelo cannot afford to ignore. He has to come in at 152.

The numbers 600 and 250 have no bearing on anything that I or you said, and neither does your extremely sophisticated gay joke. You're weird man.

It's okay son; you can practise online for when you enter the socialisation-process in the real world. On the flipside, for 4k+ posts, practise is going less than spectacular I see.
