    Collazo just won by 3rd round KO and called out Money and Cotto so why not?:conf

    Makes sense right? He's a good southpaw and it's a better tune-up than Paul. Collazo is a good fighter and could make Floyd would have to work for a win even though it may be a shut out.

    Also for you haters out there. This fight would take place in July and the Pac fight will still happen in November. Whether Floyd has a tune-up or not, he's going to fight Pac around November so stop bitching about him using this to avoid Pac or some cherry picking crap :nono

    I think berto is a good tune up if he gets by ortiz, floyd can easily fight him and he is pretty tough.

    I thought Floyd was going to jail

    Collazo would be a tough fight, but he always comes up short against the best guys he's fought (Hatton, Berto, Mosley)

    i really like collazo but i thought he lost both those fights,both were very close tough fights though.

    Who did he beat? My opinion of Collazo is that he is underrated. I think his close fights with Berto and Hatton say more about him than they do about Hatton and Berto. The only guy to really domanate him on the world class level was Mosley, which says more about Mosley than it dose about Collazo. I think he's about as good as Cotto is. At least at their best.
    If this is a tune up fight sure why not. I'm not going to pretend like it is ideal but as tune up I'm fine with it.
    I just checked boxrec looks the guy he beat Franklin Gonzalez has not won in five fights now six fights and since 2009. Granted he has been in with some decent guys.

    Berto is not tune up material, a bit too tough to jump right back in and berto got 2 fans.

    Even in Mayweather's rising up days when he was calling out guys like Hamed, Freitas..etc, fans like you would occasionally show up with comments like "But he has two fans". No one starts off with a huge fanbase as an unknown.

    Floyd needs to fight a southpaw before he fights Pac. At this point, Berto does nothing for him, even though I would like to see that fight.

    I just think inactivity is going to hurt him sooner than later.

    Bballchump.. as much as i respect you man.. i really dont think Floyd is fighting again.. I don't know if he's scared or whatever.. but I think Mosley was and is his last opponent feel me.. that's just me... if he decides to fight again great.. but I dont think he returns... IMO..
