Mayweather vs Cotto.The worst Commentary Ever

Why would all these commentators be so biased(really partial) towards the most hated figure in boxing?

Just doesn't make sense.

Maybe they are just "calling the truth".

Sheridan ****ing totally ignored Cotto's work and chose to mention Mayweather's trunks instead.

They made out Mayweather just toyed with Cotto all night. Horrible, dreadful and bias commentry.

 

Everyone wants to see Manny/Floyd fight so they are blind everytime guys like Marquez and Cotto face them and put a great fight. They only focus on what Floyd/Manny do to their opponents. Its a shame this happens and please could we get rid of this ridiculous and so misleading punchstat. Ledderman needs to retire as well with his bs unofficial scorecards.

 

BOXNATION was the worst commentary I've seen in ages. Absolutely NO CREDIT to Cotto. Any shot Mayweather threw that was totally blocked was like "this guy is unbelievable, I mean look at these hooks". Anytime Cotto landed something, they went silent until Mayweather threw.

 

That was unbearable. It got so bad I had to mute them. Awful and a disgrace to sports commentating.

 

I thought HBO were hyping up Floyd, to be honest. Cotto would dig rights to the body and land jabs to the midsection, and they wouldn't say anything. The first 3 rounds were rounds I had Cotto edging (granted, I had a few beers in me), and Lampley casually commented how Floyd was "on his way to a whitewash" by the 4th. I was like, are you ****ing kidding me?

 

No lie.

I thought commentating was suppose to be unbiased. This guys totally did the opposite. How professional!

 

Would it perhaps be the networks and the big money hinging on that other half of the richest prizefight in history... :hey

 

Was this Bob Sheridan and than Van Tempo guy? Yep, instead of calling the action all they were doing was talking about how great Mayweather is all night and had the fight over in the 2nd rnd.

Yeah Colonel Bob should be demoted back to the ranks after that effort.

Flush shots by Cotto were called glancing blows and Mayweather shots that hit gloves were called clean shots and evidence of Floyds genius.

They basically fellated Mayweather the entire fight and paid lip service to Cotto. It was a ****ing abysmal call by those two clowns.

 

Most biased commentary ever by boxnation!!! And I'm a big Mayweather fan and not a fan of Cotto. But I was still utterly disgusted by their Mayweather dickriding. It was un-****ing-believable...
