    I belive mexican americans will root for Floyd while Mexican from mexico will root against Floyd because they see him as an "hablador" -**** talker, and want to c him be put in his place, me I'm exited for the fight but am a HUGE Cotto fan and belive it will get interesting, a live under dog if you ask me.

    remember when floyd ko'd ortiz the amount of racist mexicans came out the closet? so many threads were deleted and closed and many posters banned.

    that **** is fabricated, we both mostly just mind our buisness and dont associate that much but we dont really hate eachother like the media says. its more of a street gang thing. but it is true that we have some tension every now and then. theres always at leas one black/mexican riot a year in high schools in cali. there a some racist people out here tho. if anything we have the most tension with our own people

    there is a "unspoken" rivalry with african american and mexican boxers tho. probly even bigger than the PR vs Mexico one.

    I would think that unless a Mexican has a problem with Cotto, he would root for him against Floyd.

    Mayweather. Though I wouldn't doubt to see some cheering for Cotto for his win against Margocheato, Mayweathers win over Ortiz may knock some fans from cheering for him,

    Not to mention Cotto isn't your average PuertoRican, he is a very conservative person and most Mexicans respect the way he carries himself
