This fight actually might happen if Cotto beats Foreman and Floyd beats Mosley, look for Floyd to go up and take that title......then probably force the pac fight at a catchweight above 147 :deal

 

If cotto beats foreman, takes the belt, mosely looses to PBF, moves up and cotto beats him again (feasible matchup) and PBF beats Pac later in the year he may be tempted to move up and fight Cotto. Unlikely but possible
