Of course he has a chance.

It would be completely ignorant to say otherwise.

Even if Cotto doesnt win, I still expect a great fight.

No chance period. Only the puncher chance. Cotto does not has the technique, the stamina, is not strong enough for Floyd. Its a mistmatch with w very very good promotion. That all. Mark my words Cotto will run to last to the 12, and he will be out by 10!!

see-its assholes like this that Floyd talks about when he says "No matter what I do, I'm in a no win situation.".

Your not a very good poster. I have seen other posts and your bias.

Nobody has the technique and if anyone is strong enough it is a 154lb Cotto.

Stamina is above average to. I like your pick though and I got Mayweather in the 11th.

Your crazy...Floyd gonna put all kinds of pressure on Cotto...I think Floyd been anxious to do damage lately, and a HUNGRY Floyd is a beast for anyone...Floyd by 7th rnd TKO Stoppage, Walking Cotto down, while Cotto runs, and boxes on the backfoot!

Of course Cotto doesn't have a chance, that's why he was selected.

Dont matter...styles...Ortiz and Mosley try to Bully Floyd, and they are so offensive that Floyd exposes that they cant fight going backwards, after realizing they cant bully Floyd....Cotto can box on the backfoot while running, and he throws combinations, so should be interesting!

catnthehat i will not forget your comment and want to see you again, after the fight to see who has bias. 42-0 and i have a bias!!! It seems that i'm not the one who has any bias. But a post is an opinion, you have your own and i have mine. See you in may 6. Who was your pick when Floyd fought Mosley?? Hatton and the la hoya?? Not your pick after the fights. Take a quote of your post before that fights, i want to see them!!! i want to see who has bias. Again see you in may 6. I will be here posting and laughing like always!!!!

    Yes, he has a shot.

He hits hard enough to hurt anyone that he catches clean, and is a good enough boxer and fighter to have moments against anyone he faces. If he can find a way to maximize the effects of those moments that he will have against Mayweather, then he may well have his hand raised in victory by the time all is said and done.

That being said, I think it's going to be easier said than done to make something like that happen, because if anyone has proved themselves capable of limiting the effects of the moments that other fighters have against him, it's PBF.

So, to summarize, Cotto has a shot. And it's probably a better shot than most other fighters on the planet have against Mayweather. But it's still not that much of a shot, which is why I'm picking PBF to win via UD.

He didn't have a better chance then. His chance now is slim to none.
