116-112 floyd, the fight only causes division because of the sheer volume of oscar fanboys and floyd haters on here

    7-5 for Floyd.
It was a close fight but clear imo for PBF.
DLH was doing very good until he slowed down in the mid rounds, if he had fought harder all the way until the end he could have won imo.

Regardless of what people say. It was a close fight. I was not happy when it got signed but Oscar pulled through and put on a great performance. At first i thought it was gonna be a dominating performance for PBF but it was close all throughout. I think i had PBF by 2 points. Im really not against a rematch but would rather see Cotto-PBF.

Mayweather outboxed DLH for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds of every round. DLH's bull**** ineffective flurries in the last 30 seconds of every round wasn't giving him rounds in my opinion. I had Mayweather comfortably winning the fight.

Floyd won but it was hella close. It was kind of like the PAC vs JMM fight...very close but the right man won. Actually it was more clear that PAC beat JMM than how floyd beat DLH. Really close fight.

I believe Mayweather won the decision.

However, I do think that if DLH uses the jab to set up combos, and push PBF back, and not STOP using the jab, like he did the first time, it would be a much closer fight.

Jab him back to the ropes, and fire combos. He also needs to throw that left, but rather than hook it, throw the uppercut on the ropes, and the right hand over.

    Just my thoughts.

    Close but NOT QUESTIONABLE:nono

Oscar faded as usual and lost the fight. I had PBF by 2 as well, the LAST 2. I had it even after 10.

A rematch is pointless. Oscar isnt gonna beat Floyd, he couldnt beat SSM in his prime, couldnt beat Floyd at 54 and not anymore likely at 47 now.

Mayweather 8 rounds to 4. Pretty boring, easy fight to score.

The only way to make Floyd open up is to bring the fight to him and Oscar did that very poorly. He would have done must better if he had fought with his usual style rather than pressure. Shane and Oscar had to dig down deep to match each other, Oscar's skill set wasn't enough to threaten Floyd that way. Note how in Oscar's most effective moments (when he had Floyd on the ropes), Floyd was literally smiling and laughing the entire time. Personally I blame the lack of excitement in the fight on Oscar's sad attempts at being rough. As shown in his fight against Hatton, when someone truly puts pressure on Floyd it brings the best out of him.

Had the first meeting 7 rounds to 5 for Mayweather. DLH just seemed to run out of steam the last few rounds. I'll look forward to the rematch, whether Oscar can do any better again is debateable. Gotta pick Floyd to edge it again, he's coming off wins over Hatton and Big Show.:p
