Dude, Forrest lost to Mora. And even when he beat Mora, he was tired as hell and his legs still looked gone. No way will someone with bad stamina and no legs beat PBF.
Be real. Floyd knows a fight against Forrest is unwinnable anyway. Forget money, you give Floyd 20 million, he won't get in the ring with Forrest, and guarenteed if Forrest gets a chance with Floyd, it's over for Floyd. Forrest is gonna **** that one up. Point is, I don't think Floyd can win by counterpunching and Danny Rand is obviously a homosexual.
:-(I know you dont seriously believe that bull**** you just typed...I stopped reading after the bolded part..your post are coming more dumber by the minute.:verysad PATHETIC!
Axe Man, I have a question, re we talking a prime Forrest vs PBF @ 154 or are we talking about PBF vs Forrest in 2009?
But what does he have to worry about? Floyd ain't gonna be chasin him. Forrest can just stand in the middle of the ring all night if he wanted to because Floyd won't be able to tag him. They're both counterpunchers, but Floyd doesn't have the size that Mora does. So with Mora, Forrest actually had to react because Mora had the reach to touch him regardless of speed, and it's not like Mora is SLOW. He isn't exactly FAST, but he ain't slow either. PBF isn't going to be incredibly mobile or as fast as ya'll would like to think he is at 154 either. And to say size doesn't matter, put Floyd in with Banks, the cruiser that lost to Adamak. I mean if a guy like Adamak could beat Banks, then Floyd must be able to walk all over him. The thing is, Floyd is gong to be at a major disadvantage if he plays this fight off his backfoot.
**** man, Floyd won't even get in the ring with Margarito, a guy an ancient Mosley beat the **** outta, yet he's gonna get in with the guy that got Mosley? Hell yeah, I believe that ****. Who is Floyd fighting now? Nobody, but he's still talking ****. What's hard to believe about it? ****, like fitz said, the **** ain't marketable anyway. Point is, if it was, Floyd wouldn't take it.
For sure at 154, but I'm talking about right now. For sure Prime, but I'm talking about Forrest right now.
With that said...why in the **** are you still bumping your lips about him then?:think If he's retired why are making threads about him...You're contradicting yourself...For a person to hate the man as much as you do...you sure do make a lot of threads...****ing hypocrit!:yep
I couldn't agree more..I mean he said his speed wouldn't be the same at 154...Floyd didn't come in at 154 for his fight with Oscar..He came in at 150 and claimed to weigh 148 the next day but tipped the scales at 150...Floyd is just as quick at 154 as he is at 147...And if Mora can beat Forrest than I think Floyd could too...I mean Ike had a controversial loss to Vernon!
Man, I can't believe this thread was even made. It just shows you how much PBF is hated. They always gotta put him in fantasy match ups vs bigger guys.
atsch Must you act a fool all the time? So just making this threads means Floyd is hated? It's not hard to see how Forrest CAN win... of course, I don't have Floyd's sack obscuring my vision like you do.
Mosley CAN'T beat Vernon. Vernon has him timed, he knows how to keep Shane in check, and if Shane brings the fight to Vernon like he did Marg he'd set himself up for punishment. You said yourself Vernon is a skilled boxer. Don't let what Shane did against Marg lead you to believe for one second he'd get away with that against Forrest. You said yourself Vernon is a good counter puncher. As for Floyd's chances, he'd stand a great chance to beat Forrest. Floyd doesn't put himself in positions to take damage and Vernon's speed is not what it was in 2001. Infact I dare to say he'd have trouble landing because Vernon has never fought a defensive fighter like Floyd. Floyd however has seen some rangy fighters himself. Corrales, Delahoya and a few more. It won't be unusual for floyd to see height like that. I can Vernon getting fustrated with Floyd's type of style though. And Vernon not having the same speed he did in 2001 because of his shoulders issues would make it that much more difficult because he'd have trouble timing him. You can't punch what you can't catch. Vernon would not out counter punch Floyd, Vernon isn't as fast, infact Vernon would just be the bigger guy and that ain't gonna be nowhere near enough against Mayweather. Hell no:thumbsup
