    Does it happen next May or September? This fight is definitely going down. It's just a matter of when. I'm telling you right now, Danny is better prepared to fight Floyd than Alvarez was.

    Danny hasn't had things handed to him. Alvarez is very talented, but in many ways, he's a media creation. Danny is in the mold of Hopkins. People keep telling him he's not good enough, but he uses his intelligence, toughness, and incredible discipline to continue racking up victories. Also like Hopkins, he's shown he's not above getting dirty. Danny is also battle tested. He's faced plenty of good fighters and he's battled through adversity. I'm not saying he can beat Floyd, but he has the ability to make Floyd raise his game.

    Man dont start with this. For once. Floyd is lightyears in term of boxing skillz. Hes the greatest of all time in the Hit dont Get hit recorded stats. The entertaiment of this fight will be angel and Sr going at it HARD. Floyd will own garcia in every wich way.

    Garcia definitley deserves the shot. He's earned it way more than Hatton, Alvarez, Ortiz and Guerrero did. And don't even f-ckin start about Amir Khan getting a shot!

    Garcia had a great performance on Saturday night, he's written off way too much for someone who is an unbeaten and worthy world champion, people completely wrote him off against Matthysse.

    I do think Floyd is probably a step too far but Garcia deserves it.

    You only have to look at the Khan fight before the KO. I like Danny and was rooting for him against Lucas. Let's be objective here. Unless my eyes deceived me Khan was outboxing Danny fairly easily until Amir got hit. Khan, true to form, got hit. Floyd rarely gets hit. Floyd might win by TKO but more likely a shutout.

    Garcia is a counter puncher. Counter punchers are known to start slow. Khan having two good rounds doesn't mean a lot. I'm not sitting here and saying I think Garcia will win. I'm just saying he's a worthy challenger and that he can push Mayweather to raise his game.

    You dont think Garcia would take the fight.
    I think Marquez would. A shot Erik Morales outboxed Garcia through the first half in their first fight, I can only imagine the boxing lesson Marquez would propinate upon Garcia.

    Would love that to be Marquez' adios fight!

    People saying Khan was beating Danny easy isn't true, was clear that Garcia was starting to time Khan from as early as the first round, Khan did enough to win the first 2 rounds sure but he'd have never been able to maintain that pace and output.

    If I was Garcia Id wait a little more, let Mayweather have one or two more fights of his contract and in that time train and train for that style, build up your name a bit more, and let May age a bit more as well.
