Mayweather vs GGG-can this happen?

Meh this is one instance where I really don't get the hate on Floyd. The size difference is too much. I'm not sure at what weight Golovkin walks around, but if it's 160 or a little higher then it's just silly to talk about this fight.

 

You're absolutely right. I think I made my comment with the idea that the fight would be at 160. Which would be ridiculous.

It would be a huge statement by Floyd but I don't think he deserves criticism for not doing it.

 

That's your opinion, not every can see true greatness, it's ok, I guess once some names agree to fight him you'll UNDERSTAND. Notice how I said "names" not true top fighters.

Most fans only go off names as who is a top fighter.

Being popular does not always mean you're a top elite fighter. Trip G is truly the greatest MW I have ever seen, one of the greatest fighters I have ever seen. He excels tremendously in every aspect, he has NO weakness. . Non.

This will never happen because Floyd is a coward, but of course GGG would either nullify him with his power forcing Floyd to run, or he'd straight up knock Floyd out.

 

That is the most illogical garbage I've ever read. There is only one weight with a minimum weight, and it is called just that.

Anyone can challenge a guy for a title, no matter how much he weighs. Think Roid Jones v Ruiz. Jones did not even weigh 200 lbs, but he won, so that gave him the WBA Heavyweight title.

Similarly Mayweather is NOT a 154 lb fighter, whether he holds a title at that weight or not.

In theory your little Arum gofer could challenge GGG or even Kovalev if he had the bollox.

However as Arum has kept him away from the feather fisted Mayweather for more than 5 years, we know for sure he wouldn't let him ANYWHERE near someone who hits a fvcking lot harder than Marquez with EVERY shot, don't we?

IF Floyd were dumb enough or IF someone was dumb enough to offer 200M for Floyd to fight him then you WILL see Floyd take that L in brutal fashion.

Floyd would fight his a$$ off and even win a couple rounds, all while taking a hellish beating enroute to a 10th thru 12th round tko loss. you would see Floyd literally fight for his life. trip G is by far the best punher p4p there has ever been.

the one called trip G is almost not even human. Floyd would take round 1 due to GGG studying him and pretty much giving the round away. BUT once round 2 started it would be life or death for floyds career and possibly life because he would NOT fold at all. he would give everything he has and put a very respectable and shockingly a very high level performance in.

what some people fail to grasp (kind of sad that some cant pick up the obvious, Floyds a true beast that has a sh!tload of dog in him).

trip G would end up tko'ing Floyd late after giving a tremendous beating on Floyd. Floyd would end up being far and away GGG's toughest fight ever. ALL Floyd and his fans that think he could win could hope for is for trip G to be stuck in another airport for a few days prior to the fight so he couldn't eat, or put the finishing touches on his game plan.

there would have to be major hate for Floyd (and I mean more than anyone should hate anyone) for them to seriously wish for this mismatch to happen

 

Mayweather wouldn't take this fight unless he was broke and they offered him $200 million
