Guerrero really has no chance against Floyd. Look how tough Berto was for him. He's not on that level ,period. Canelo has a better chance and I don't really even care for that fight either.
Devil's Advocate: Guerrero fought inside and hard for the majority of the fight because he thought Berto was good to go but he underestimated Berto's chin and heart. When fighting mayweather he'll press the action more strategically and rely on hard inside pressure sporadically to try to get a KO or win rounds.
Guerrero has shown some decent skills, whiskers and is a pretty strong welter(if the berto fight showed us anything). This fight will be like an 8-4 affair in favor of FLoyd. The Ghost might even do better if Floyd has slipped a bit.
