I hope. Similar with Mayweather going to see Cotto, although thats more reasonable for speculation. Lets hope Mayweather doesn't take a trip to England next!

Yea probably. Getting to see a genuine superstar in the flesh would be incredible though (no homo)

We're not giving Floyd enough credit here. He's a good businessman who isn't stupid. He knows this fight wouldn't sell.

His rival pacman is making a fight that the boxing community isn't approving. Why would Floyd go take a stupid fight that no one wants to see? This is another prime opportunity for him to embarrass pac's PPV numbers once again if he chooses to fight for a second time this year.

I'm very confused by this thread. People are complaining about a cynical money-spinning matchup. I thought how this forum worked was that everybody picks a favourite and then hopes they don't take any dangerous fights because "they don't make sense financially" :huh Don't we all watch this so called sport just so we can play fantasy accountant?

Dude, since when was Pac/Cott II ok with anyone here? You really do scrape to complain at anything and everything.

As for Mayweather/Hatton II, I seriously doubt it. But if it was to ever take place, you best believe it would be a sell out here in the UK. Despite it being more of a farce than the JMM fight, it will be a certain success. I for one would love to get tickets to see this!

I don't think it will happen (at least I hope not) but I can tell you this would sell and sell BIG!

Whatever the venue (Wembly/ M.E.N )I believe they could sell it out with ease!

I hope he fights someone like Sergio Martinez if he choses not to fight Pac.

:huhIs Cotto completely washed up or inactive since a 2nd round bed-e-bye. You can argue who was better in their prime(I don't, Cotto clearly for me) but at this stage in their career's Hatton is done. Cotto is still a threat.

When floyd came to workout in a london gym, there was a lot of damn people just ****ing outside the gym trying to get in. Luckily i knew one of the guys working there and got in. Floyd is a favourite among many U.K boxing fans but more importantly we appreciate great sportsman and floyd is one.

Some on here claim Pacquiao beat a prime Hatton, so if that was the case he should still be a decent opponent just coming off a long lay off, kind of like Mayweather after his lay off.
