  1. Itry wouldn't give Floyd credit if someone paid him.

Because you can't give a guy credit without stating that he'd beat Ray Leonard?

It's a totally unfair and stupid match-up on Mayweather anyway, who isn't a natural 147-pounder.

Yes, hence I've realised that sharp, fast combinations are trouble for a counter-puncher with a tendency to lay on the ropes.

If you'd watched Ray Leonard, you'd realise he does have such an offensive out-put, and never resorts to "pot-shotting".

Sharp, fast combinations are trouble for any fighter.

The fact that people can count the amount of troubling shots Mayweather has taken on one hand should tell you that NOBODY is gonna start bouncing combinations off him, one shot at a time if they're lucky.

Not picking either guy, but what's Mosley, slow and sloppy?

Compared to Mayweather and especially Leonard, yes. He doesn't have the jab, footwork, speed or half the all-round intelligence and game of SRL

Well, he hasn't faced anyone within light years of Leonard. There's no shame in that. Doesn't change the facts, though. Leonard does everything Mayweather does but better, is bigger, stronger, faster, more intelligent and a better all-round ring general. That makes for an utter thrashing.

I assume we are talking about Ray Leonard at 147 as oppoesed to Benny Leonard at 135.
Leonard uses his jab and wins a decision. It would be close 8-4 or 7-5.

Mayweather beat Mosely and did it comrehensively but when will the officials stop Mayweather from using his left elbow in the face of his opponent when he gets in trouble?

He also ducks below the waist to avoid punches which is also illegal but he gets away with it every time he fights.

    On topic:

Leonard would beat up on Mayweather before finishing him off with a few lightening fast 5/6 punch combinations in the later rounds.

    TKO - Ref steps in

How many times does the 'too big, too strong' theory have to be proven wrong before people stop saying it?

No disrespect to Floyd, I rate his physical strength, it's better than most think in my opinion. But he wouldn't beat Ray Leonard, Leonard is too strong regardless, he's a powerful hitter with both hands and he has a very good jab, it's key by the way.

I feel a bit silly saying Mayweather gets stopped, because there is no proper evidence to go off, but Mayweather might get stopped here.

It's not a detraction from Floyd, he won his first title at 130, whereas Leonard did at 147.

Leonard would take great spitefull pleasure in crushing Mayweather no later than 10. Who are these ****in wanks who seriously think that Mayweather can beat SRL, HOW?????????????? What the **** can Floyd do thats equal to anything in the Leonard arsenal. As said earlier by itry, this would be a thorough old fashioned thrashing with a Leonard/Hearns 1 style ending.

No way does the ultimate ego mainiac allow the upstart/usurper floyd to even gain any kudos from this affair, there's only room for one queen on the throne here!!!

Will some one upload from U-TUBE that 13th round Bombardment that SRL unleashed onto Tommy in 81.

This is for all the Floyd fans so as to let you know what to expect at the hands of a real ATG & i hate the **** but i respect him as being the real deal & Floyd has never been even close too fighting the men of stature that Leonard faced & overcame.
