The emotional reaction of some posters when someone suggests Floyd could hang with Ray is hilarious. SRL was a great fighter, but not some infallible god. Floyd's defence makes life very difficult for Ray. It won't pick a winner, but it would have been a cagey affair for the most part, I have no doubt.

 

If you don'thave power,why would Leonard respect you.

Mayweather's pitter-patter punch, very occasional combination is not exactly a recipe for winning against SRL.

Then we add up the size, skills, chin,etc.

Jr has the same quick potshotting jab as his dad and shoulder roll was used here too. Leonard just timed and figured Mayweather out. Jr and Sr have almost the same styles just shows Jr would of done slightly better, but he still loses no doubt about it.
