The fight will cost 25 american dollars per ticket to watch at movie theaters! :scaredas: Man, I need a new hobby; boxing is getting ****ing ridiculous! I know this is nothing important, so save the bashing. I am just disgusted by these prices.
I done this in orlando for the canelo fight. the price is a bit steep but its as good a boxing experience as you'll get outside going to the arena. I'd do it again.
I'm a little low on money and was thinking of just doing this. But it does not seem like I will be saving much either way. I personally think its going to be a fun night of boxing, but these prices are going to leave me broke.
I'm also considering seeing it in the theater. But what about booze? Do you guys sneak it in, or just go without?
The only fight I have ever bought was Floyd vs. Guerrero, beacuase I was expecting it to be a KO for Floyd and stood to win over 1k on the KO while breaking even on a decision. Went to a theater and I was one of literally 4 people there, and Floyd couldn't stop him. I have never forgiven him. :bart
Flask of whiskey, buy a coke, pour it in sneakily. If the theater is as empty as it probably will be, nobody will notice the smell.
I will be attending this fight at the theaters. I have watched every Mayweather fight starting with the Ortiz fight at the theaters and I wouldn't have it any other way.
the booze was the only issue. only 3 per person. but American beer is **** anyway so going without shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks. That's what I basically had in mind. @goeasyefc. Sounds like your theatre serves beer. That's great. Mine, unfortunately, does not. I can't imagine watching a fight, especially a PPV, completely sober.
I was on holiday in florida mate. on Saturday i'll be watching it in my living room, with a case of decent german beer and enough coke to choke a donkey. I cant wait. :yep
