Floyd UD probably. Like the Cotto fight, except Floyd doesn't gas. It could be tough though, Margarito is good at cutting off the ring. Marg will not feel Floyd's mosquito bites and will be relentlessly after him for 12 rounds. He could win a decision based on volume by putting Floyd in a shell and keeping him there.
