Margarito is a slower starter than Floyd is. You're giving Margo way too much room

There's more than one blueprint on how to beat Margarito and throwing a lot of punches is just what Pacquiao and Williams used. Floyd doesn't need to throw a lot in order to win that fight

A lot of good points. Same **** I've been saying. Deep down inside *******s and Floyd haters know this is true but they just don't wanna believe cause then they wouldn't have any material to make aimless posts and threads about day in and day out. Bottom line is, Floyd didn't duck anybody, he's the best fighter of this generation and it kills people.

That would be fine if Mayweather would come out and say, I'm never going to fight these guys because Bob Arum is promoting them, it's just not gonna happen and then go on and make some other notable fights(Berto, Martinez, Williams, etc). This hasn't happened. In fact, Floyd has done nothing but contradict himself, saying in one breath that he'll eff Pacquiao up and that the fight will happen at x time, and in another that he's not sure what he's going to do and he's on vacation.

And Arum has proven that he will work with Golden Boy when necessary(Cotto vs Mosley, Margarito vs Mosley) even in a "risky" fight for the Top Rank fighter involved, and his issues with Oscar De La Hoya are well-documented. There's no reason to think he wouldn't work with Mayweather with a massive payday for everyone on the line. Hence, the burden of proof is on Floyd, and the evidence against him is overwhelming.

Look at the video in the first post about the Oscar De La Hoya fight. Arum has said all this out of his own mouth

Floyd's the guy who fought Baldomir for the "lineal title", but when he won the lineal title he never defends it against Cotto, Margarito, Paul Williams etc.

He only fights styles he can beat.

Floyd can't hurt Margarito and Margarito doesn't stop coming forward or punching, he could easily score a decision against Floyd.

Floyd doesn't have to hurt you to beat you. He didn't hurt Baldmoir either. Margarito scoring a decision against Floyd is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Floyd was up for the fight, but Arum bitched out and therefore Marg never got the chance to get his slow ass schooled.
