Mayweather vs Margarito

I had been meaning to make a thread like this but never got aound to it. But yeah this thread basically shows that Floyd had no problem fighting Margarito, but he refused to be tied down to other fights as well for less money then what he thought he was worth. That's why he bought out his contract. Its as simple that. Its not a duck if you fight the lineal champion of the division for the same purse.

Mayweather would school Margarito's ass and anyone with a brain knows that. He wouldn't have gotten any credit anyway cause now everyone would have been saying "so what, Mosley KOed him, look what Pac did to him" People only like to build up Maragrito because they an irational, illogical hatred for Floyd. Margarito is a cheating bum, and honestly doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as Floyd.

Yeah margo would be a harder fight than cotto for sure. May can outbox cotto very easy, people give cotto too big of a chance in that one. Margo would have had a better chance to win by activity if he keeps coming and if mayweather cant get him to drop his output. A lot depends on mayweathers movement which he is good at punching while going backwards and if he can make margo ineffective. I think he can do it but it would have been a good challenge because its a hard style matchup for him

 

The 100% win rate of Floyd gives him 100% win rate in fantasy matchups. To be fair with you, it makes sense. Floyd TKO1 SRR to go along with his 100% win rate. :hi:
