    Floyd would would doing mitt work upside Margarito's big ass head. Margarito doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence with Mayweather. Mayweather doesn't need a bum like that on his resume. History won't remeber Magarito for being anything other than cheating, slow ass fighter with no skills.

    A year worth of mythical Floyd fights.

    He'll outbox everyone from 147 on down. No one even comes close.

    According to his fan boys everyone is a cake walk yet he'll pass up 40 million against a short asian dude with limited boxing skills.


    He's still in his prime. Until he gets the urge to fight it is a waste of time talking about mythical matchup.

    In 2007 or 8 - Whenever the "8 Million dollar" offer was alleged to have been made - I would have picked Margaritto over Mayweather.

    Could possibly have been wrong, but it would have been a great fight IMO and another in the "Fights Mayweather Could Have Been Rad In" file.

    The 8million offer was in 2006 and he got 8million to fight Baldomir who was the lineal champion of the division.

    Fighting Margarito would have done **** for Mayweather's legacy.

    not exactly sure on the timeline, but wasn't the offer right around the time tony was beat by ptp?

    you know how much **** floyd have taken if he fought margo after that

    What are you talking about? Margo is a much better fighter than Baldo and Oscar was old. Just because he beat those guys doesn't mean that he would beat Margarito. You just looking for ways to defend your ****** idol again. Margarito would have brought it to Floyd and Floyd knew that, so Floyd pulls a Floyd and avoids the fight :deal
