How is it for the p4p title when it was said at yesterdays weight in that the mythical p4p title will be on the line tonight?
Now what i'm thinking is that Mayweather vs Marquez will be a stepping stone fight to the p4p title, the winner of that fight will be in a strong position at the #2 spot.
Mayweather vacated the Pound For Pound title, Pacquiao now holds that famous old belt, but Hatton will be strapping it around his waist very soon.
It's no biggie u guys.. this whole P4P talk is a flavor of the month topic.. All of sudden, it became cool to make threads about " p4p ".... And this isnt a knock on the threadstarter BTW.. he's cool.
I am a big Pac fan but I have no problem with anyone rating the winner of PBF-JMM as P4P #1, most especially if it is JMM who wins.
It's basically a P4P tournament. There's no doubt the winner of Mayweather-Marquez will face the winner tonight. So basically whoever provails in that second bout there will be no dispute who is the best P4P fighter in the world. I would fully expect it to be Mayweather, because I think he comfortably beats all 3.
If there was ever a fight for the right to be called the so-called pfp king-best fighter in the world, this is the fight. Great thread topic lol...:good
Mayweather is the P4P 'champion in recess'. Pac is the 'regular' P4P champ and the winner of Hatton-Pac will have a mandatory against the winner of Floyd-JMM.
