Here we go again with this bull****, I said DLH won against Mayweather by one point based on my scorecard on fight night. I never EVER said Castillo won.

Because it meant nothing and I didn't bother to start a discussion. Now that the topic is based on an actual fight sure I will.

You're one annoying KFC muncher man. I never said that Floyd lost to Castillo, **** that ****. I said that I gave DLH the fight vs Mayweather as I scored it for DLH by 1 point in a close fight that could have gone either way.

I scored BOTH Castillo fights for Mayweather and corrected you on that numerous times.

Floyd would beat Marquez's ass at any weight...BUT I question this whole thing, the thread that is. I think there are some other motives on the part of the thread starter...Besides weight is one of if not the first issue that is taken care of when talks of fights start up.

IF possible. If he has to fight at 147 then it's not possible.

I don't see why people are bitching about JMM not wanting to go up some 12 lbs to fight the P4P #1 (if he DOES come back) especially when he's probably at a negotiating handicap as it is.

At the same time, I certainly see what FLOYD is saying. 147 is the weight he last competed at, he's taken some time off so expecting him to come back and drop 7 lbs is a little foolish. Not just that but he's the golden goose. If JMM wants the fight, he'll move up to face him.

So while both sides have a proper argument, I'd like to see this fight come around.

That's what I'm trying here too. After all it's Marquez who called for it, not Mayweather so he should be prepared for responses like that regarding weight. Him backing off all of a sudden proves he's full of junk.

Just a poor attempt to TRY and look like Pacquiao who moved up two weight divisions and took out DLH in a way no one expected him to.

Mosley will fight him at 147 with no problem if Floyd can't make the weight.

    Is Floyd ascared?

I'm sure if the fight could be made at 140, He'd take it. Hell if the fight was at 143, I think he'd take it. That said JMM moving up to 147 is a little ridiculous.

And to say he's trying to look like Pac is kind of stupid, especially considering JMM is talking about the top fighter in the world and not an old shopworn dried out 154 lber.

That said of course Floyd doesn't have to cater to JMM. If he wants it at 147 then that's where the fight is. If JMM doesn't take it then so be it.

    Sucks.

I don't see any official statements from Mosley that he's ready to fight him. Last I remember Mosley said he's interested in having a rematch with Cotto. Did he change his mind?, are you Mosley?

Then why bother stating 143 in the first place, when you pretty much claimed it as fact that Floyd is a 140lb fighter. Surely its 140lb no doubt.

Ridiculous or not that's the division Mayweather is and Marquez knows it yet still called him out, he should expect the answer he's getting now especially with the discussions before Mayweather's fight with Hatton regarding weight.

Mayweather might be the top fighter in the world but he's also coming off a 2 year lay off and we don't really know how he's going to perform, his fight with Hatton wasn't that great in terms of performance for people that know how Mayweather actually fights, the activity just wasn't as it normally is and I doubt it will be any better with 2 years of inactivity.

Marquez might want to gamble going into this one just like Pacquiao did going in against DLH. Don't forget that BEFORE the fight with DLH everyone was bragging about how competitive DLH was against Mayweather then we saw what happened against Pacquiao and the weight loss excuses tried to ruin it but before the fight you didn't find many talking about that EXCEPT for age which many thought shouldn't be a problem AGAIN based on DLH's recent fights.

Mosley has asked for PBF repeatedly, notably on his ESPN interview, I think it was FNF. He speaks of Mayweather as if it couldn't happen but he still wants it.

Mayweather is a small 147 the way Judah is. Compare Mayweather to the likes of Williams, Margarito and Mosley, they are not in the same weight class.
