You misunderstood the audio. It looks like Martinez`s team is trying to get a fight against Floyd, but since Floyd does not participate in this dialogue,
nobody knows if he is interested in this match.

 

The audio basically says that Martinez is begging for a Mayweather fight so that he won't have to resurrect Taylor from the dead for another soft touch fight
