This would cement Mayweather as an all time great if he could beat Martinez. If not, then we know what Martinez is made of.

Lets make this fight happen right away at 154lbs, the winner is #1 pound for pound

Mayweather's ATG spot has been secured.

A Martinez fight at 154 or 160 is a great, great fight.

Martinez is a small middleweight (a 154 lb'r IMO) so I think that the "move up and fight Ward" talk is ridiculous.

I'd rather see Chavez fight Ward than Martinez vs. Ward. Of course it's a mismatch, but (hopefully) a well deserved pay day for Andre.

This actually could be made after Martinez' performance, especially the late Chavez rally. Still, everything is set for Canelo-Floyd, can't see Mayweather passing on that for Martinez.

Just let Martinez finish his career at 160. We don't need him to be drained like Dawson, and he shouldn't do that to himself. He'll get a nice payday in a rematch. There are also some exciting fights at 160.

And in cause people haven't heard, Floyd is not in the mood to fight anyone right now.
