*Mayweather vs. Ortiz* - New York City Press Conference 6/28 11:30AM ET

Floyd looks old.

 

Is it just me or does Floyd sound a little shaken I'm not talking about him fearing Victor or anything like that, but he went out there like a person that's been victimized and just trying to explain and defend himself. He's just real humble here.

 

Floyd is a rambling mess.

 

Those are Mayeather's kids. Ortiz was invited to pose with them.

It was a very chill and mutually respectful atmosphere. It wasn't the stereotypical boxing press conference with macho theatrics and phony hatred.

Mayweather and Ortiz have no beef, and that was made clear. This is strictly professional. That doesn't mean it can't be a good fight, IMO. You'd have to be Floyd's kids' age to think that it would.

 

I kind'a liked how Ortiz finished his turn....:hey.

I do believe he believes he can win. That's gonna make for a hell of a fight.

 

I think all of the negative talk about him has gotten to him somewhat. I hope this encourages him to fight Pacquiao next. Who am i kidding, all he kept talking about was the tests. Mayweather seems more subdued now. He's getting up there in age.

 

Definitely got that sense.

I'm almost positive he brought his kids up there to counter the negative media about the ex-girlfriend incident....not to say he doesnt love his kids at all...but i think this is just a big STFU to those who claim he is at turmoil with his kids.
