I agree to but the other side of this is if a casual viewer sees Ortiz vs in the programme guide they are less liekly to watch. The casual viewer is much more likely to see a Mayweather fight and actually watch.......

I don't. Ortiz is 10x more exciting than Mayweather is. Those who know Mayweather think of him as a boring safety first fighter. But Irtysh have the chance to see Ortiz in action (Maidana, Berto etc) it will stew up more attention.

Yeah, he means people will see the name 'Mayweather' and automatically tune in. But if I was going to order a PPV and had half a brain, I'd want to no who the name fighter was fighting and what he was like.

I think this flops BIG time tbh. Sky usually get about 10,000 views for a card on at 4 in the morning no? Primetime will be lucky with half that

I agree with ya mate, I'd wanna see Ortiz fight as well and as i Hardcore fan or i'd like to think i am i wanna see Ortiz get pushed in this build up because it takes two to tango.

I think the Mayweather fights are all wrong as well. Not his finest offensive displays are they. Gatti/Corrales would of made it interesting and Ortiz Berto as i said earlier.

Although Ortiz is in more exciting fights i don't feel he's that much more exciting then Floyd for a while after Maidana he started to box a bit to much and only really against Berto reverted back to being more 'Vicious'. I think Floyd's a pleasure to watch really but it's all about type of styles you like etc.

Oh well i don't have Sky so i will be around Mark's anyways :yep
