obviously it was legit, floyd wanted to get into ortiz's head and make him come to fight and forget his gameplan just like he did with maidana. floyd was successful using the same tactic against hatton who lost all composure after weigh in and wanted to hurt floyd rather than strategically follow a game plan. floyd understands ortiz has solid boxing skills and he can fight of the back foot which he doesn't want to happen. floyd wants ortiz to force the fight rather than himself that's why at the weigh in got soo heated because he wants him to fight with emotion rather cool, calm and collected towards a game plan.

A lot of gamesmanship and a little anger.

Floyd loves to **** guys off at the weigh in and let them burn up energy all night in anticipation of the fight. De la Hoya even said Floyd got to him.

    Bad Blood.

Victor don't play that, nor would he be in on it.. I seriously doubt Mayweather's antics ever paid off in the ring.. He's that good, give him credit.

I haven't been paying attention to most of the promo related **** but every time i see the two together--its floyd directing ortiz and seemingly giving him pointers on how a promotion has to be done. FMJ had to grab ortiz today and push his face towards his before he started to jaw off and ortiz was happy to oblige.

This has two purposes. Floyd is letting Ortiz know whos in charge before the fight even starts and secondly, to inject controversy and give us something to talk about. In reality, this fight will most likely not even be close unless FMJ gets old overnight. After the bell rings, i just hope ortiz doesn't wait for floyd to take the initiative.
