This fight will never happen, why? because pac will get destroyed by cotto and thus ruling himself out of floyds picture, I said before sat night, floyds next fight would be cotto and marquez's would be manny.
if it won't happen, it's probably because they can't agree on the size of the gloves. i personally think the money issue would probably be settled easier than the glove issue.
Mayweather would lose to Cotto or Mosley then. Assuming he has the balls to fight them, which is a big assumption.

Floyd's biggest threat is a 147lb Paul Williams. Floyd beats Cotto because Cotto has a god awful defense. Floyd beats Mosley because Mosley's speed is gone from what I saw in the Mayorga and Margarito fights and has resorted to brawling. That won't beat Floyd. Floyd beats Pac-man because Pac also lacks defense and struggles against strategic counter punchers that are going to be bigger than him. No way Floyd comes down in weight.
