It's basically Twitter #1 vs. Twitter #2. But the same fight as Mayweather vs. Marquez (in the least) It could be a little bit better who knows. Mayweather/Khan would be the more even fight but make less. Even a Mayweather/Gavin would be more even and make less money.
5 years too late But having said that, if this fight was announced tomorrow, the boxing world would still go mad for it and lap it all up. It would still break all records and shatter the Mayweather Canelo PPV numbers. If Cotto Canelo gets the go ahead for May 2, there's not many fighters out there other than Pacquiao that Mayweather can fight and compete audience wise with what Cotto V Canelo would attract (providing Cotto and Canelo dig their heels in and refuse to move from the Cinco de Mayo weekend)
But still the fight is doing the bill etc. Even after Pac losing etc. Like it wouldn't have mattered if the result was the same when Mike Tyson was pre prison etc.. because his jab would have been better etc.
Literally got busted up by Busters jab.. had the privilege of fighting at 18 and couldn't do a Lennox Lewis.. or even a George Foreman.
