Floyd wins by either SD or close UD. Pac will win the first 3 rounds, then as usual floyd will adjust winning a great majority of the final 9.

Pacman is the only fighter that can match Floyd punch for punch and is no dumb dumb. I highly disagree a highly skilled boxer will always beat a highly skilled brawler. Again people are referring to Pacquiao as a "puncher" which he can, but he is much more than a simple puncher. When he lost to JMM, which he did, he wasn't using angles as much and it was at 130, a weight where JMM is much more affective. Pacman's activity, power, speed, footwork, and ring generalship will overwhelm Floyd. Floyd is waiting for Pacman to slow down, but the clock is ticking and Pacman is slightly slowing down. Floyd should fight ASAP because Pacman's not the only one that's slowing down. Floyd will try JMM's approach and lose the first half of the fight badly. He's gonna get rocked like he did in the Mosley fight and by the time Floyd starts adapting he's gonna be in survival mode. Pacquiao SD Mayweather

I can understand why a Mayweather decision win or a Pacquiao TKO/KO win are popular.

Floyd has a habit of starting off slow and would be open to an early Pacquiao buzzbomb attack whilst his intelligence and adaptability could see him win a decision.

Arguments that Pacquiao is too easy to hit for a guy like Floyd are feasible as are points that Pacquiao catches Floyd and doesn't let him off the hook.

I think no matter what you have to say about the Mayweather's, above everything else they KNOW their Boxing, between Floyd Sr, Floyd Jr and Uncle Roger I think there's enough knowledge and shrewdness there to suggest that IF Floyd takes the fight then they are pretty confident the zero stays intact, in fact more than pretty confident.

If they don't take the fight then you have your answer IMO.

I'm not voting on the poll until the fight is made or it is made official that it will never happen.

What's your reasoning for not voting until when you said?

Floyd by Wide Decision. Floyd's going to box Pacquiao's ears off and he's going to make it look easy. Pacquiao spends far too much time off balance when he's trying to throw combinations to not eat serious counters by the best counterpuncher in the sport.

It's going to be funny post-fight when people try to backtrack as though "everyone knew Floyd was going to win".

emmanuel's combos and flurries are made up of only 1s and 2s. Floyd figures it out and times emmanuel.

If Manny tries to fight in short combinations like one-twos, Floyd will just outdo him in that sort of a fight. If Manny goes for his usual wild multi-punch combinations that leave him off his feet, Floyd chews him to pieces. In both scenarios Pacquiao gets his face busted up hard.

Floyd counters with his peanut brittle hands. Pacquiao walks through his punches. Mayweather gets demoralized because he doesn't know what to do to get Pacquiao off of him and Pacquaio drops with him a right hook... sorry couldn't resist, Leon.

emmanuel won't like it when Floyd throws those bodyshots.

Even Oscar who has a granite chin and had at least 15 pounds over Floyd wasn't able to walk through Floyd's ****.

Floyd shoots the left hook over the top of the southpaw's right arm punches, meaning it's not low enough to be countered with a right hook.

He uses a 45 degree angle hook, that can be countered like Mosley did, against ORTHODOX fighters.
