First of all the 5M would obviously be refunded if the fight was postponed, secondly I'm pretty sure the donations would also be postponed until after the fight took place, and lastly he's worth an estimated 110M.

It's been done before, hell Foreman - Ali was postponed due to an injury.

 

That's essentially my question as well. If he wants to donate to charity start by handing out refund cheques.
