Hey am i tha only one that thinks this is a repeat of great fights of the past??.....(ali vs frazier).....(leonard vs hagler)...an most recently....(Jones vs Toney) "Technical Brilliance:mj vs Unconventionalism":huh He's tryin to predict what he's gonna do to counter and control the fight when the person he fights puches on instict and speed alone. Tha proof is in the pudding people (or REAL boxing fans) in tha words of Ali "You cant hit what you cant SEE":admin (coming) Thoughts? im goin 4 Pacman cuz history doesnt lie:hat
not really these are both greats, possible all time ones, jus like the other fights i mentioned so why would i be dissapointed?
Ali and Frazier were both pretty unconventional. (plus, Leonard won the Hagler fight.) Jones vs. Toney is a bad example. This a silly argument to determine who's going to win this fight.
floyd and his technical brilliance will be the factor...that and the fact that floyds footwork is awesome even comapared to a fighter like pac.. floyd will use his footwork to keep the tempo of the fight slow and win a chess match...to beat floyd u have to make it a fight..pac dont have the footwork to get the tempo up
I always look back at old fights for how Pac-PBF could possibly go...Leonard (PBF)-Duran (Pac) I, Ali (PBF) - Frazier (Pac) I...Tarver (Pac) - Jones (PBF) I... ...personally, I'd like to see a match in where Pacquiao wins, but has to PROVE he was the better man that night...a fight in which he has to step his game up and EARN the victory...that way, there won't be any "lucky punch" bull****. Pacquiao would have done it with his skills and heart.
