Apparently, the tickets sold out 60 seconds after going on sale. There was only 500 put on sale to the general public, but it still goes to show the very high demand, even with tickets going on sale so close to the fight.
The arena holds thousands of people and yet only a few are given to the general public. This is absurbd. If it wasn't for the support of the general public, Manny and Floyd wouldn't be who they are. Why should celebrities be given priority over regular people. It should have been based upon a first come, first service basis.
ROFLMAO buffy you'd NEVER get Floyd to fight outside of Vegas. He knows he cannot really lose there. He's got his Daddy Kenny to protect him & the two judges that rendered suspicious scorecards in Maidana 1. If those 2 REALLY thought Floyd beat Maidana 117-111 &116-112 they should not be judging boxing in my opinion
The whole thing stinks imo. Potentially one of the biggest fights in boxing history, and they stage it in a matchbox ? WTF !!! Corporate fatcats, and high stakes gamblers will be the winners, and real boxing fans the losers.
Arum wanted a temporary stadium, but the flomturds lold @ him. Arum was right after all, hes a smart promoter.
