In order for Pacquiao to win he will have to use his stamina. He will have to throw a lot of punches knowing most will miss. In the first Bradley fight Pacquiao did not have enough stamina, was missing his punches, and lost a controversial decision. If the same Pacquiao shows up against Mayweather then Pacquiao loses in a lopsided embarrassing blow out. In order for Pacquiao to win he has to overwhelm, exhaust, and hurt Mayweather. In order for Mayweather to win he has to control the pace of the fight. Mayweather can do this by making Pacquiao miss to disrupt his rhythm. Mayweather's defense can win this fight because of his technical ability. Mayweather will have to keep the fight in the center of the ring, control the distance, and make Pacquiao miss so that he tires out similar to how Bradley beat Pacquiao but with the difference being that Mayweather can hurt Pacquiao while Bradley couldn't. If Mayweather is hurt in the fight by Pacquiao or if Mayweather cannot stay in the center of the ring he could lose. If Mayweather fights like he did vs Cotto he will not win this fight. Stamina can beat defense with volume and power. We've seen Joe Calzaghe do it against Bernard Hopkins. He simply threw a lot of punches hoping some would land and had enough power to hurt Hopkins. Pacquiao is like Calzaghe and would have to throw 100 punches a round which means he should train for Stamina. Mayweather simply has to make Pacquiao miss and make him pay. He can do this but it's unknown if he can handle the weird angles and volume. In his last two fights we saw he is vulnerable to being hit from weird angles if there is enough volume and unpredictability combined.
