I wonder if Manny would draw out Floyd Mayweather since Manny looked sensational in his lightweight debut!

If DLH had the stamina of Pacman, Money Mayweather would not be undefeated today IMO.

I've sometimes wondered about PBF's drawing power period. For example, against DLH, DLH was clearly the draw. The Hatton fight Ricky was clearly the fan favorite IN FLOYDS HOMETOWN!...Zab is a pretty popular fighter as well...I don't think Floyd has great drawing power, to be honest.

Mayweather won easily against Oscar. Even before Oscar "gassed" he was losing 1 and winning 1 for the first 8 rounds in a tiny ring.

Mayweather is one of the bigger PPV sellers in boxing. PPV generates more revenue more than ticket sales.

Mayweather's not as popular as he'd like to think he is, but by boxing standards, he's still a big money generator.

I'm not too worried about this matchup taking place.

If Arum were to put one of his bigger names in there with Mayweather, he would be much, much more likely to put Cotto in there than Pacquiao.

oh please NO!!! Pacman has many choices at 135 lbs and the option to end his career attempting to beat Hatton which is possible. Why would he want to go with Mayweather? let's leave Mayweather alone and enjoy what Manny is giving us now!! long live Boxing!!

If this did happen it would be a huuuuuuuuge mismatch. mayweahter by lopsided beatdown enroute to an easy KO.

If I'm Mayweather I defo thought about this match no doubt.
[Watch Morales Vs. Pacquiao II, PBF was front and center that night]

I thought he was gonna fight the winner.

I personally can't see money coming out of the closet, I mean retirement, to fight pac. If he did, like others said it would be a huge mismatch, not to mention disgraceful on PBF side. Manny's got his hands full at 135 and 140 anyway. I would much rather see him fight Nate, JMM, Casa, Guz, or J.Diaz.
