Ok now, that Mayweather's body has grown into a huge welterweight(or cant make welterweight anymore), and his speed looks to be faster now than it has before. Its safe to say Floyd can reasonably make a run at middleweight without having too much of a size disadvantage. Its hard to imagine Pavlik accumulating damage on PBF when he made Marquez miss so much, and I can just imagine Floyd winning by potshotting to a clear boring UD and adding the linear middleweight title to his resume, the same way I can imagine Hopkins doing it to Adamek at Cruiser. Who do you got and why?
Pavlik is one dimensional. Mayweather would have to weigh in in at 155 though, that may trouble him. This could really be boring, due to Mayweather being overly cautious and rightfully so. I'll say Mayweather S.D.
well if floyd can take his punches......floyd will outpoint pavlik.....its not as far fetched as somethink.....
Pavlik would snatch floyd out of his corner, wipe his ass on floyd's face, and then hand him back to Uncle Roger. PBF just proved he can beat a 36 year old featherweight, and now you morons think he is qualified to fight Pavlik; a guy who has stopped every middleweight he ever foughtatsch
While a thread like this is a joke, how many middleweights has Pavlik fought that fight like Mayweather? Zero.
Pav would win. May is too small. This would b similar 2 may vs. Marquez. Except pav plays the part of may.
How many guys has Mayweather fought that are 6' 3" with 75" reach, and have a KO ratio that hovers between 85 and 90 percent? The idea of a Pavlik/Mayweather fight is utter nonsense.
Pavlik/Williams is a 50/50 fight and most people would pick PBF over Williams how is this topic a joke?
Cause Floyd is not as big as PW nor is as active as PW nor does he hit like PW. PW comes in for the attack with multible punches while Floyd is a counterpuncher. You got to be kidding with how is this thread a joke right/
