Right i know. Just to make the scale work I gave Jones Jr a 9. A 10 would be Julian Jackson at 154, McClellen at 160, Hearns at 147. Somebody with ATG power. I would equate Jones's power levels with Floyd's speed levels. Great but not as good as someone who I would give a 10.
Speed? I would argue that Jones is a much faster fighter p4p. He is the fastest MW, SMW and LHW ever.
I gave him a 9.5 because I consider him to have elite level power. The guys you named have special, legendary power, with maybe 15-20 guys ever in any weight class possesing it.
I respect your opinons. I will stick with the 9 though. I think that his power was great and I can see how you would give it a 9.5. :good
So who can you argue that is faster at: MW SMW or LHW than Roy? At 135: Mosley and Camacho At 140: Judah At 147: Leonard, Robinson There are others also that I just cant think of atm. Its been a long day .
I say that Mayweather is faster than Roy p4p, you say that Roy is faster. You're now trying to validate your argument by stating that Roy is the fastest MW,SMW, or LHW of all time and that there are faster guys than Floyd at 135,140, and 147. If you don't see the obvious flaw in this bull****, 4th grade level logic, then it really has been a long day for you.
Indeed it has. Yet you have yet to point out said Flaw :good. Unless fighters get slower p4p when they get heavier. I was asking could you name a fighter at either MW, SMW or LHW that is as fast as Roy Jones Jr? So unless all the fighters who have ever fought at those divisons are slower p4p than the fighters at the lower divisons then the argument seems sound. Have you had a long day you seem a bit pissed off?
This doesn't even make sense. If we're talking p4p, we're taking into effect how weight negatively effects speed. Anyway, the flaw in your argument is simple. You said Roy was faster than specified group of fighters. You then said another group of fighters, who weren't included in the preceeding group of fighters, was fster than Floyd. Somehow, you believe that this proves that Roy is faster than Floyd. Quite simply put, if Roy is faster than Calzaghe and Mosely is faster than Floyd, does this mean that Roy is faster than Floyd? Of course not, you haven't even qualified how Roy is faster than Mosely. Without doing so, your argument is ****. You've done so , to a certain degree in this post. So it's certainly better.
