:think Mmmmm...... well, I have never commented on any thread about the Floyd beating up his wife thing... for one reason.... I DONT GIVE A **** ! That might sound wrong but Im only interested in what they do in the ring, unless they are raping or some **** then its their business & the business of the stupid ****s in their life that dont know when to call it a day. `Botswana` :smoke
did leonard hit his wife? I'm not surprised when boxers do it, they are taught to be violent from like 5 years old. They wouldn't make it in boxing if they weren't aggressive and domineering.
Yup. He was depressed after his first retirement, so he did some coke and owned his wife a few times. He didn't deny hitting her either. If I was going to act all morally superior when it comes to boxing, then I would end up being unable to support any boxer. Just don't cheat in the ring.
This is ridiculous. Have you ever boxed before or even been in a boxing gym? Boxers are NOT taught to be violent, aggressive or domineering. From the very first day in a gym you quickly learn basically the exact opposite. Your taught you need self control and discipline. to succeed Saying your not suprised when boxers do it because they are taught violence is ridiculous. Boxing is a sweet science not a violent sport. Only people who don't know what they are looking at see violence when they watch boxing. Being a professional fighter is NO EXCUSE for hitting a woman or anyone else for that matter.
He has a point. Lots of boxers end up doing crazy **** outside of the ring. These aren't just random boxers, but guys who were on top of the sport.
I agree, as fighters their job is to fight so I look at them fighting rather than their personal lives. This is not a soap opera I could care less what they do in their spare times just as long as they aren't raping or killing people or self-destroying their careers.
No, he saying if you're going to hate one boxer for beating up women, then you should hate all the spouse abuse boxers, based on that very same principle.
