If Duran was in the same division as Floyd, Floyd would not dare speak his name either.

Floyds defence was world class but he could only operate at that level when he wasn’t really attacking his opponent, when he mixed the two against anyone of quality he got caught quite often.

Floyd also picked his fighters well and/or dictated that circumstance was on his side so his level of opposition pales in comparison to Leonard’s. Fighters were often past prime or fighting at a catchweight where they were disadvantaged.

This same horse **** of comparing totally different fighters to prove a point. Ray Leonard was far more fleet of foot than Floyd ever was. Floyd had masterful footwork technically but he can be pinned to the ropes as was evident through his career. Guys much inferior to Duran could close him off. It's landing on him that's the hard bit. If Floyd fought prime Duran he isn't out boxing ****. He'd be in constant survival mode. Though I agree there's versions of Duran that showed up post Montreal that Floyd could beat.

Mid round stoppage?nothing to take away from SRL,but one Mayweather survived with SRL long into the fight, and this Mayweather was light years behind Floyd.

It's pretty even match, slightly leaning to SRL because superior size.

But this brutal and quick battering many are predicting?GTFO,But again,it's Floyd.undefeated in real life, in fantasy match-ups he is 0-50.

Gotta go with Ray...74in reach, speed, reflexes....I'd bet on Ray, fight goes the distance though in my opinion.

Prime Leonard against Floyd would end up almost like Lomachenko vs Rigo, without No Mas. Bigger, faster, smarter fighter overwhelms and outboxes the defensive master throwing punches in bunches.

Even so...and presuming floyd would have defensive advantages over ray.....defence is only one aspect of winning. For sample Canelo was brilliant in defence against GGG....but he didn't win the fight. Yes his work with his back to the ropes was impressive and showed excellent defence...but he WAS the one with his back to the ropes. GGG, the one being aggressive ought to have got the nod. GGG won that fight despite being defensively inferior to canelo.

Ray's size speed power multi dimensional approach etc trump floyds one dimensional "defensive master" approach.
