I can see many different scenario if Mayweather stays at WW whoever shows themselves as the best young contender he'll probably fight next year I don't think he'll fight either this year because they simply haven't done enough but I'd rather he fought them than a Khan. Mayweather-Mosley sold 1.4 so the idea that two black fighters won't sell is stupid its all about the fighters.

I think Porter has the best chance of getting the fight if he beats Alexander, Pulie, Brook, & Thurman and another name like Garcia moving up early next year or even without Garcia that would bring a lot of attention because those would all be high profile wins and could and probably would land him a fight next May or Sept.

Thurman just fought another bum so if he takes on another bum then fights and beats Porter in the fall he still only has one good win. Whether you think guys like Guerrero and Maidana are bums and what not Guerrero was a legit 2-weight Champ and 4-weight Titlist before his fight, Maidana was a legit WW Champ and a 2-weight Titlist, Porter is currently a legit WW Champ but he's still proving himself, Thurman is a WW Titlist and would of had to beat Maidana to call himself a real champ could he possibly but undoubtedly Guerrero and Maidana would be the best wins on Thurman's resume and top 2/3 on Porters depending on how high you rate Alexander.

If Floyd's wondering what Manny brings to the table, it's about 2 million more PPV buys….
