Valero might as well hang himself before this one.

For what? Valero simply wasn't on Floyds level....if boxing were strictly based on power, ED makes Floyd a little *****...but boxing has more layers and Valero is basic compared to Floyd. Easy UD for the Money man.

Floyd Mayweather was just about invincible at 130. Very good fight, but Floyd UD's Valero.

Except, I'd lean towards the KO. Mayweather was a beast at 130lbs, maybe the H2H GOAT.

LOL @ people thinking Valero would go the distance.

Floyd is very, very good. He is one of the best to ever lace up but he isn't on par with the truly great ones like Duran, Robinson and Leonard. Technically and talent wise the boy is right there with them....but Floyd looks to avoid the biggest challenges based on fear of the chance of not walking away with a "W".....I think that hurts and helps Floyd....while it keeps him undefeated it puts a cap on his potential for the kind of greatness that alludes him.

You not not be aware of how Floyd was at 130.

For the record, Valero wasn't as good as Corrales.

I'm talking about at 130lbs buddy, not over-all career.

At 130lbs, there's a huge difference between that Mayweather, and even the great one we have today.

@ 130 Floyd isn't much of a banger......troubled with hand issues I don't see him getting Ed out of thee before the end of 12. Floyd would most likely fight a cautious fight....staying on the outside...using the jab and pot shots to win one sided.

Floyd was very good at 130 and his complete domination of Corrales was a thing of beauty...it was Floyds best performance without question.....but Floyd wouldn't have fought Ed the same way.... Valero has a better chin than Deigo...a little faster and more power. While I do agree Corrales was overall....better than Ed....I think Valero would last longer than Deigo did if he faced Floyd at 130.

he couldnt handle the pressure of valero. valero would have taken his best shots and stopped him. reason y he never fought margarito, mosley, cotto in their primes
