PW gives his height and reach up.....this would allow Floyd ample times to potshot and also lure him in to fight on the inside where those long arms become less effective especiallyw hen floyd has very solid body work.

also his str8 right to the body keeps a fighter off balance and makes them reset.....including a Paul Williams would be a great fight i see it as Floyds brains vs the out put of PW....would be a very close fight.....IF PW is allowed to throw his normal amount of punches. If he goes for KO he wont win if he does not get those number of punches off he wont win.

Gotcha. Mis-read. Yeah, Floyd defense CAN force Williams to change his punch output, it's possible. But defense sure didn't bother Williams vs. Winky.

Size doesn't mean anything especially against a great fighter like Floyd who adapts very well. Williams has good power but Mayweather also has a good chin so I don't think Williams will KO him. Williams has a high workrate but is often sloppy and leaves himself open and can't do that against a sharpshooter like Floyd. I see Floyd winning a close decision in the toughest fight he has ever fought.

good point but Wink and PBF defenses are different to me i mean Floyd when he comes forward lures you in so he can counter or duck and come up into the body and in close with PW who is all too willing to give his height up will negare alot of the punches he throws plus Floyd is not stranger to holding.

I dont think Williams can fight 100% effectively at 147 pounds anymore. He seems to be a true 154 - 160 pound guy now so I dont think this fight will happen unless Williams gives into the money rather doing whats best for him. If it happens at 154 Floyds f*cked.

To be fair, he has not shown any effects of being weigh drained. This should be based on how they look so far to date.

WHEN Williams looks weigh drained, then it becomes a valid issue. Till then only speculation. Just as one can say Williams KO's Floyd because of Floyd's inactivity. When his inactivity becomes an issue..then it's an issue.

Floyd needs to get VERY close to do that. He needs to stay FAR to win IMHO. If Floyd was able to win, I think it would be very Ugly win full of boos.

I accidentally voted for Mayweather. Meant to vote for Williams.

I dont think Mayweather can beat Williams.
