If Manny doesn't step up after Marquez III then I bet you a lifetime ban that Martinez is next if he's available

Yeah and I got another quote from Floyd from back in the 1st negations

    Floyd Mayweather-
“Throughout this whole process I have remained patient, but at this point I am thoroughly disgusted that Pacquiao and his representatives are trying to blame me for the fight not happening when clearly the blame is on them.

“First and foremost, not only do I want to fight Manny Pacquiao, I want to whip his punk ass.

“Before the mediation, my team proposed a 14-day, no blood testing window leading up to the fight. But it was rejected. I am still proposing the 14-day window but he is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off. The truth is he just doesn’t want to take the tests.

“In my opinion it is Manny Pacquiao and his team who are denying the people a chance to see the biggest fight ever. I know the people will see through their smokescreens and lies. I am ready to fight and sign the contract. Manny needs to stop making his excuses, step up and fight.”

Wow, so much confidence in there!!!!

    I admire your faith.

    or

"Those who forget their history are destined to repeat it"

What made you think that he will not choose Bradley or Berto over Martinez.

He chose Baldomir over Margarito. JMM over Pac.

Pacquiao wasn't available for Floyd to fight, but he did say he'd paid Marquez to step aside to fight Pac.

Baldomir was the better option for multiple reasons.

If Manny don't agree, he got Martinez, Bradley, Khan, Canelo, Berto, Paul Williams/Lara to choose from.
I'm sure that he'll choose Sergio next or Tall Paul possibly just because he's actually near his weight

Cotto, Margo and Mike Jones are Top Rank fighters so don't count on that.

He's gonna fight either Khan or Bradley. I just hope he doesn't go on another vacation.

So what happened between then and "I'm on vaction and I don't have the urge to fight now?"

Why are these statements from the first negotiations contstantly put forward as though they were the latest and newest pieces of information?

The bottom line is that if Floyd REALLY wanted the fight, he could have whupped Pacman by now.

Pac could be on Roger's mythical A Side bullet proof meth but it won't change the stylistic problems Mayweather presents Pacquiao.

Floyd talks about wanting to have a clean sport - Why did this suddenly materialise for the first time ever on the negotiation table for this fight with the naturally smaller man?

Why are we continually beating our heads against a wall with the *****'s and *******s just back and forth with moderate folks being accued of being a ******* or a ***** as soon as they post an opinion based on the sport and not the bull**** on the negotation table?

Pac is fighting Marquez for a third time and weight issues aside, the styles are still there and I expect a doozy of a fight and no matter what the *****'s or Pac haters say - Its going to be a good fight.

Floyd is fighting a young up and coming fighter - There is some questions about his legitimacy as there is with the weight for the Marquez fight - But again - The bottom line is that in a sport where we NEED high profile events BOTH fights are good for our sport and while history is against it, if Pac and Floyd both win then we might see this fight finally happen 2 or 3 years past both guys peaks.

Neither man can claim innocence in this shamozzle, just wish around here there was a bit more common sense and not blind worship going on...

Because Gayweather said he wants Pac next? And both of them have fights lined up?

He could have said he wants Pac immediately after the Mosley fight and before the JMM rematches were signed. That was quite a wide window of opportunity!!!

Yet he was so.............quiet. Then when he is lined up to fight Ortiz, suddenly he is announcing he wants Pac in his press conference where people are asking him when he gonna fight Pac?

*****s grasping for straws. *****is forgot that Gayweather also stated he wants the winner of Martinez-Williams winner. What happened to that? Or that last year, *****s are guaranteeing that Gayweather will fight Pac this year, May 2011 to be exact.

Wake me up when he finally is MAN enough.
