I can read in your posts that Floyd doesn't really want to fight. All he has to do is make the first step, call Arum, negotiate with all these that he wants, and if Pacquiao agrees, the fight is on. All Floyd has to do if he's really sincere is sit down with Arum, negotiate with all his conditions, and if both sides agree, then the fight is made.
