I think he is referencing the WBC "Diamond Belt" which was invented for catch weights and that particular right...

Floyd has long discredited the other sanctioning bodies. He's pretty much only gone after the WBC belts.

no dude, the catch weight was 145 for welterweight (which is 147, not 145) so they made up rules and a belt (diamond belt) on the spot.

His point is they made up a titles to give him because the real Titles are supposed to be at sanctioned weights. Normally a fighter is stripped for not fighting at the sancutioned weight this happened diffrently they created catch weight belts
