You guys need to deal with reality: Pacquiao wasn't viewed as suspicious until he turned down the fight with Mayweather in 2010.

Pacquiao put suspicion on himself. Nobody else was needed. He turned down what was his biggest payday (at the time) to duck a PED test. It really doesn't matter who said what after. The entire situation was created by Pacquiao's refusal to undergo additional PED testing.

I was honestly SHOCKED the fight fell through in 2010 because of a PED test. Absolutely SHOCKED. And that is the only reason I think Manny may have been using. That is literally the only thing that made me suspicious: Manny Pacquiao's actions. People who think logically will agree with me.
